Where it's used

The label is the one permanent part of a garment that carries its brand. Apparel manufacturers, boutique and designer labels, home textiles, bag and accessory makers, workwear and promotional textile jobs all work in this group.

Woven and satin labels survive washing and stay with the product for its whole life, while a card hang tag is the surface that explains the item at the point of sale — price, size, care information and a QR code all live there. Most brands use both: one is permanent identity, the other is the face that speaks on the rail.

Questions about Textile & Woven Label

Woven or satin label?

Woven labels are more durable and hold fine detail well, which is why outerwear favors them. Satin feels softer against the skin and is preferred for underwear and babywear. Tell us your product group and we can show samples of both.

Can care instructions be added to the label?

Yes, wash symbols and care text can be printed on the back of the label or on a separate care tag. Since the language and content depend on the market you sell in, tell us at the start if you export.

Can we order labels for a small collection?

We have no minimum order limit and often work with designers releasing a first collection. We suggest designing the label at brand level rather than per collection, so you can keep using the same one in later seasons.
