About Boxes & Packaging
The box and packaging group covers everything between the moment a product leaves and the moment it reaches the customer. There are three distinct needs: the custom die-cut box, with a cutting die drawn around products that stock sizes do not fit; the pizza and food box, in heat-resistant, food-grade material for takeaway; and the doypack, a resealable barrier pack for dry goods that must stand on a shelf.
Packaging has two jobs and both are measurable: delivering the product undamaged and telling the brand's story. A box with no empty space inside cuts transit damage and void-fill cost together, while a message printed on the inside surface turns the unboxing moment into a usable touchpoint.
A digital proof goes to you before production, and on larger projects a physical sample can be produced at cost. There is no minimum order limit, and small runs are available for newly opened businesses.
Boxes & Packaging — frequently asked
How is the box size determined?
Your product's width, length and height are enough for most jobs. For irregular or fragile items, seeing a sample noticeably improves the cutting plan, so we recommend it where possible.
Are food boxes made from the same material as other boxes?
No. Products in contact with food use food-grade kraft and board, and printing is planned around the contact surface. For non-food boxes, material is selected according to the product's weight and how it ships.
Can custom boxes be produced in small quantities?
Yes, we have no minimum order limit. Note that on die-cut boxes the cutting die is a fixed cost, so the unit price rises at low quantities — tell us your needs and we will work out the sensible quantity together.
