Every item is custom manufactured to order. Sizes, materials and printing are decided together when you place the order — there is no fixed stock range.
Where it's used
The custom die-cut box steps in wherever stock sizes fail: e-commerce shipments, fragile goods such as electronics and glass, cosmetics sets, gift boxes and sample kits.
Because the box is designed around the product there is no empty space inside, which cuts both the risk of transit damage and the cost of void fill. Locking and tuck-in styles reduce the need for tape and make opening the box a cleaner experience. Once we have your product dimensions or a sample, we draw the cutting die around it.
Questions about Custom Die-Cut Box
Do we need to send a sample of our product?
It is not required; width, length and height are enough for most jobs. For irregularly shaped or fragile products, though, seeing a sample noticeably improves the cutting plan, so we recommend it where possible.
Can the inside of the box be printed?
Yes, the inside surface can be printed. Since it is the first thing the recipient sees on opening, e-commerce brands often use it for a thank-you message, a promo code or a pattern.
Which board should we choose?
The choice follows the weight of the product and how it ships: items travelling individually by courier need a sturdier build, while items picked off a shelf in store suit a thinner board that prints more sharply. Describe your scenario and we will show you both.
